A native Texan, Elly is the daughter of interior designer Myra Deyhle and her style is influenced by talented architects she knew growing up like Richard Keating and Michael Cooper, whose attention to detail and construction shape the skylines of major US cities. Exposed to all things architecture as a child, Elly began collecting textiles meant for use on interior upholstery pieces for her Barbie doll’s house. She later discovered that she enjoyed working with all design genres from modern to French country and even
Elly left her job at the American Institute of Architects in 2012 to start her own design firm with her mother Myra.
The duo has combined their talent and passion for design providing not only stylish products but offering design services throughout the south. The have since acquired a long list of boutiques and clients for their design products and services including the Four Seasons Hotels.
Elly currently resides in Mandeville, LA with her husband Stephen and Shih-tzu's Max and Mozart where she is absorbing the architectural and artistic influences of the Big Easy. When she's not decorationg she loves trying new restaurants and cooking for her husband. Her latest project was the total renovation of their 105 year old shotgun house in uptown New Orleans! She is now working on the couples dream house, a 60's ranch in old Mandeville!
